I wouldn't rise to it Rob. It seems Sukatai has not read much of Connolly.

Ireland as opposed to its people, means nothing to me and the man who is bubbling over with love of Ireland, yet can pas unmoved through the streets and see the pain and suffering wrought , yea wrought by Irishmen, without burning to end it, is a coward and a fraud in his heart, no matter how much he claims to love that collection of chemical elements he is pleased to call Ireland"

If you strike at, imprison, or kill us, out of our prisons or graves we will still evoke a spirit that will thwart you, and perhaps, raise a force that will destroy you! We defy you! Do your worst!
James Connolly

Just as it is true that a stream cannot rise above its source, so it is true that a national literature cannot rise above the moral level of the social conditions of the people from whom it derives its inspiration.
James Connolly

You may kill the revolutionary but never the revolution..

An Ireland Unfree shall never be at peace…An Ireland not merely free but Gaelic aswell.

If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything.
The biggest compliment you can give to your enemy is to speak Their language.
It is an armed resistance against an armed occupation.
A true peace will come when Ireland is one.
Englands difficulty is Eire’s opportunity.
Burn everything British but their coal.
Our language has been stolen from us. It is our duty to win it back!
Freedom is a state of mind.

I'm not attacking anyone. I simply asked a question. When was the island of Ireland ever a unified country?

Why won't you answer the question? Your whole arguement is based on the notion that there was once a united Ireland and that it should be reunited. So I'll ask a third time. When was there ever a united Ireland or does this only exist in your mind? If you can't answer this basic question then your ideas are built on sand.

I'll answer you this if you read the start of thread it was about getting the best government to run Ireland, so dont jump ship again and read before you speak, it has nothing what so ever to do with there was once a united Ireland,, that has just come from you jumping ship,, you see the words Sinn Fein and you jump to the old days, fighting and the same as some of the rest, learn to read before you get involved for first time,, not my third time, maybe you just looked at last few pages and think you got all the answers.
not a site for rows,, if you want that then find another topic and dont waste this please.
