I've read Chris's profile before, and in rereading it find a man who is not only very interesting with several cultural hobbies but also his commitment to health and fitness is commendable!

(Your "tend to be loyal..." etc., might be changed to "I AM loyal" - just a suggestion, because I'm pretty sure that is not a mere tendency of yours!
