wash2u: Rob, I hear so much about eBay and look every now and then. Unfortunately, my ex did something on my account about 7 years ago and they won't let me back in, unless I send a copy of my credit card statement, current bank details (and probably want my first born next).
Although I do look at 'gumtree' or '00.com.au' sometimes. Both have well priced items (even freebies). My daughter once bought 5 coffee plungers for $20 including postage. It was 5 pairs. She went to Gloria Jeans and bought heaps & heaps of small packs of coffees and gave them out as Xmas presents. And everyone thought she had spent a fortune on them.
Xmas lunch today with the daughters in-laws went down well. Especially as I took along a ginger bread house. They had never had one before. Not the good ones from the Lutheran Church Fete (plenty of ginger, too) and looked nearly as good.
Oh just open a new eBay account, different user name, i've never heard of eBay wanting those sorts details, perhaps someone was scamming with your account details. Even PayPal wouldn't ask for those details

Tried several times to open new account with new email address but they were on to me. Then they tell me I am already registered so I try logging in but can't remember my pasword so hit the "Forgot Password" button. And then they tell me I am "suspended." And they will not give me any info why or how to get back on. I did query the bit about the bank details but they never get back to me on anything.
I managed to sleep in today until 6.15, when the bloody alarm went off. I forgot to shut down my mobile phone alarm. Lazed in bed and managed to doze off again, warm doona and a cool morning.
Even managed to set up my new microwave this morning my daughter gave me as she reckons I should have all new things in the new kitchen. Getting worried though, she keeps saying all the old stuff needs to go...............she keeps saying I am an "old man."

Send an email to customer service explaining your problem in detail. If no joy just join up on another computer. Put your daughters name and give your daughters address. Also have you got a paypal account??.
Knowing you it doesent seem that you have you have broken any of Ebays rules and it would take something serious to ban you I would think.
The main thing is Dont forget your password anymore.

Either eBay owns PayPal or PayPal owns eBay I'm not sure which but they are one and the same
