So you slate a member for making a mistake on a thread about the 96*1 who died at a Liverpool footy match beacuse he didn't add quote tags or other (to seperate his quote from another) and you call Liverpool supporters scum?????

Considering SAF has called on all United fans to show respect to L'pool. What respect have you shown by labeling them scum?

Better still go to Liverpool and call them scum. Lets see how brave you are.

Calling you an arlarse is an understatement.

Gutted with the result today. Thought we played well. Ref very poor. If Jon Jo had to go then Evans should have too - he had both feet off the ground the same. Undecided on the United peno - there was some contact from the side but Valencia flung himself to the ground like he was looking for it - soft. Definite peno for Suarez too - shows that the player who goes down has a big influence whether the peno is given or not - that's 3 times now this season Suarez has been fouled in the box and no peno given - it's hard to show respect for refs when such bias is shown. All the same proud of our display today - was always gonna be a tough start with the fixtures and new playing style and personnel. Sterling is a little legend - barely 17 and already terrorizing defenses. A definite gem unearthed there. Only way is up from here

Lovely tributes for the 96 today, and you have to applaud United for their part in that. Sir Bobby and Giggsy's gestures were warmly welcome

Ref was poor alright! Liverpool were the better team but I have to say Shelvey is a liability! Whether or not Evans should have went too is irrelevant. Liverpool were on top and he does something stupid!
Impressed with Arsenal today! If Gervinho could finish they would have a chance at the league. Unfortunately he can't and Van Persie is at United!!crying

I'd have to disagree with most of that except for the part were Liverpool were unlucky. They did deserve something from the game but you don't always get what you deserve in football.

I thought the sending off was spot on. Jon Jo was running around like a bull and had a run in with the ref already. He was way over the top of the ball and followed through after. Evans wasn't over the ball and didn't take his eye off it.

The pen was definitely a pen too. He pushed Valencia when he was going to shoot. He put him off so he had no choice but to go down. I didn't think the Suarez one was a pen tough. I thought the ref got it spot on.

But I do think Liverpool deserved something from the game.handshake

I was pissed off at Shelvey alright. He's shown before he has a tendency to be a hot head. Why these modern-day pansy footballers can't stay on their feet and go into the tackle like a man is beyond me. But it doesn't disguise the fact that Evans should have gone too for going in with studs up on both feet. You can't punish one for one thing and then not punish the other for the exact same thing. Along with the other major decisions, it made for a poor referreeing display. It's a pity, coz yet again the referree takes centre stage. The general standard of referreeing in the premier league is very poor, i follow other leagues too and the number of contensious decisions is FAR less.

Did I saY Evra? dunno I should have said Young instead of Cole.blushing

Doesn't make what I was saying wrong tough. I am sick of excuses from Liverpool fans. You are always banging on how unlucky you are and about refs....bla bla bla. Bottom line you lost at home Again! You are a spent force and mid div side at best. The board wont spend any more money on the club, your stadium is second rate, most players and only average. Get over it.roll eyes

Simply commenting on one game. That you feel the need to make such comments shows you still fear Liverpool. The give-away of nearly every United fan. But then again your messiah is on the way out, not long left til ol' purple nose retires, and i know every United fan fears big time the success will leave with him wink On the other hand we have a young and hungry manager - sure, the league position is disappointing, but there's real signs of improvement - we deserved to beat the reigning champions, and we deserved to beat you lot today. That that can be said already, with a new manager with a new system and a number of changes in playing personnell, shows things are moving in the right direction. Future's bright grin Not sure i can say the same for you lot... Any team relying on midfielders pushing 40 is gonna struggle laugh
