Only in her 20s, even more tragic as she was mum to a couple of babies. Wondering if at all it involved post-natal depression plus the loss of her mum, and of not having her involvement and support in the kid's lives.

This is what I would guess at as being the cause of her death. Although it could be sudden adult death syndrome.
