Ccincy: I'm sure the site expert on women will be posting his know-it -all opinions.
Which one, we have a few of those. . Do you think the site Psycholigist will show up to analise all the men answering the question, and point out all their faults?

we could test it by you posting your dissertation on (the woes of) feminism....

At least I don't charge a hefty for my expertise on faulty men.

Fraya: I wonder can a man spot a feminist on first introduction?
Likely not, but there was one time at a pub years ago, a woman was arguing with a friend of mine when I got back from the washroom. I asked what was going on, and she turned, said a few things, and tole me she was a feminist. I looked at her, smiled, and said "awww, how cute", and went back to my beer.
Needless to say, we didn't become best friends, but I took that in the same way I would if someone came up to me and said they were a born again Xtian, before they even introduced themselves. If that's priority number one before your sense of decency or humanity, then I probably don't want to continue the conversation.

I have found some men to be a bit sensitive or wary to feminism when meeting, as in a date situation. In my experience I have insisted on paying the dinner bill which was met with "Are you one of those" Lol and another instance had me opening doors for him (because his hands were full) which was met the same way

Nah, that sort of thing doesn't bother me, it's the political part, the selling of an ideal. Discussing it over dinner is one thing, being told what to believe is another. I don't even mind if you pull my chair out for me and buy said dinner, it's all good. Just don't expect me to put out because of it.

I'm not a feminist. I like people too much. I have heard it said feminists want to be the man they would want to marry. If this is the case, why would any man worry or be affected unless he has the misfortune to have to battle in the courts with her.

I'm just me, and I like some people, usually.
Never heard that before, but I don't intend on ever getting married, so I shouldn't have to worry about any court battles.
