im very grateful for my grandparents. they were fantastic people that showed me a lot in life and looked after all of my family very well

My great grandparents were well dead before I came along.
Even my last grandparent had died by the time I was 11.

online today!knew my greatgrand dad....nice old boy..use to play cheakers with him died at 1 hundred two....my grandparents were the salt of the earth...loved them dearly.....

Me too.. Grandad died at 91 & my grandmother 92.. Would have lived longer had they not had the heartbreak of loosing a son ( my father)

in any event, I never knew my great grand parents. ON my mom's side I know of them. Greatgrandfather was a dentist in the hills in Pennsylvania, Great geandmom's name was virgie. She was Irish and I hear she was a stitch.
