The police have no right to play god , whether it is a black person or white, unless their lives or other members of the general public are in danger.. And judging by resent evidence, that's not always the case.

What I meant was, if their was a situation where a policeman's or member of the public was in danger, then the policeman has every right to shoot the culprit.

I am afraid it has built up too much in USA, seeing photos of tiny kids holding massive rifles, mothers having guns near baby cots and so on...it is a family tradition already.
It seems impossible to reverse that process.
I am no politician.....but if I were, I'd be lobbying for safer gun laws no matter how tediously difficult the tidy-up process would be.
I don't enjoy discussing politics on here...I keep informed but politics and religion are always going to be inflammatory topics on this site.
Now, I'm off to have a cuppa...
