We all have some difficulties in life....but homeless and hungry or out of mind... surely have significantly more dificulties to survive.or

You have to judge each case on its merits. If you can't take a joke that is my problem imo, I'll be quiet if it means he/she won't spend the rest of the day/week/month/year worrying about what's just been said.
