Had a really busy day at work today & I'll have no problem sleeping tonight . In fact I'm, sleeping right now , as we speak.

Take all electronic equipment out if your bedroom, and don't use any for at least an hour before bed.
Have a glass of milk, no caffeine. Then have a warm shower.
Then read a book until you are ready to go to sleep.
