Possibly they are already gone.
Maybe they knew something of significance that was enough to get rid of them.
The technology that could be used on these types of individuals could be mind blowing
?Who knows what hidden special technology they had 30 years ago compared to what we barely know now?

I think 'unknowns' are ones whose profiles have been permanently deleted by the mods.
