How we see flirting again comes down to what we have experienced and witnessed. Other people can flirt all they wish, but it is not for me.

Alright, let's put it that way...
Would you be delighted to date someone who flirts with just about everyone...
Dating site or your other reality doesn't make any difference, as it is the same...a reality...your presence here is as real as you are...
Do you believe some men can not take your flirting as an assurance you won't mind physical closeness...?!
Keep it for the man you really are interested in and don't forget men have feelings too...

Well reading the posts on here it seems leaning more to the dont flirt with just about anyone....i still feel theres nothing wrong once both r single...both know that the intent is just harmless fun etc...but some see it as a bad sign of character to do so.

So i guess just be careful in your dealings online grin

Flirting online surely doesn't brake no ones virginity as computer barrier makes it safe.....olthough it might be a waist of time but if makes one laugh and enjoy self, who cares.Single person is free.
I am still a proud virgin, professor even if I don't take much notice if I flirt with a few comrades.uh oh

KNenagh: I flirt with my partner.

I'm not very good at it, I can banter with someone, but I prefer to know someone (and know how he would take it) if I banter/flirt with him. If it's in the context of being single and trying to get to know someone, I would attempt it to get to talk/get to know someone. I prefer a mutual conversation to trying to bat my eyelids at someone.

This is a dating site and a bit of light hearted banter and flirting add some fun to it.

I only don't like flirting if someone uses it as a "weapon" to gain something or flirt with EVERYONE.

Hi K.

Yes if i were with a guy then he would be the only one i flirt with...however bad that i really am at it..

I agree in getting to know someone it does help..if the intent is there to take it further.

Have always viewes flirting as harmless but my eyes have been opened here..so thats not a bad thing either.

I dont flirt with everyone either and find it grating when thats all someone does to communicate.

Flirting when your are single and entitled to do so is not a bad thing.
One would assume people reign it in when in a relationship and show respect to their partner.
Im not half aa flirty in real life as i am here...so no i dont think we r all 100% the same as our online realities.

I agree that some can take it to mean an intent and thats where the problems arise and people need to thread cautiously.

But for me once in a relationship im so not the type to flirt with others...i keep it for him.

Exactly Rainbow.....its meant to be fun...
I dont think some people even realise that they flirt themselves at times with others....
Its all about perception and how we all view it too...some many feel one flirts and they themselves dont feel they have.
