Don't really need a pet lives longer then me kinda thing but I would choose not being in total pain but it depends on what kind of pain that is spoke about.

If my pets could live as long as me, that'd totally change my life.
Knowing how devastated I'd be without my pets, makes me devote a major portion of my life to breeding animals.
My oldest dog is 13, which is old for an American Bulldog. I have 5 dogs in my yard that carry 50% of his genes, and one that is 75% of him. All but two of them are his grandpups; and I hope to breed at least one of them to him before he dies.
Which means, It's possible for me to have dogs that have more of his genes than his puppies, for the rest of my life.
I have 8 cats that are all decendants of their great-grandma, who died almost 10 years ago.
I have 4 generations of fish.
I also caught a wild baby rooster last week; so that my hen (which lays me an egg every day) can reproduce.
I admit, I love raising the kekis; but I'd have a lot more freedom, and money, if I didn't have to keep so many animals; to make sure that I could always have at least part of each of them in my life, until I die.

You have the conceptual understanding of a gnat! Or maybe a nail, Lee! 
NONE of the items listed ARE available, through pill! She MIGHT as well have said, of THESE things, which two would you MOST prefer! But she DIDN'T! (Maybe because she found that Meme, with the pills, to illustrate her thought!) I KNOW it may be hard/difficult, for YOU, Lee, but TRY to see MORE than just YOUR "view" of things, once in a while! 
Of those offered, I'd chose the $500 per day, and soulmate! But IF I COULD create my own choices, I'd choose perpetual health, and constant happiness. With THOSE two, I could make do with most other situations life might throw at me!

Being that you're ANTI-feminist, Lee, WHY would you want to do that? I UNDERSTAND that "femininity" and "feminist" are two different things! But what trait of "womanliness" are ladies lacking, that you would wish them to be MORE "feminine"? Or is it just that you wish they ALL were made from the SAME mold? One that confines them to the roles you THINK they should "BE" in? 
Personally, "I" LIKE the diversity of women! Gives me a CHOICE, for a female partner! And variety/choice is ALWAYS a good thing! Life would be VERY BORING, if we had NO "choices"!
