Rogerandout: Over Thirty years of scientific studies billions upon billions spent, yet still the best they can come up with is "there seems to be some evidence that human activity is responsible" do I believe scientists who's whole careers depend on climate change exciting. Who shoot down anyone who dares challenge them, if their science was fact
They would happily have it ridiculed. After all the facts would speak for themselves and prove doubters wrong. Buy they don't do that they silence anyone who dares challenge them. So no I don't believe it

So far, the sea levels have been rising for about 20,000 years.

Our ozone layer is making a comeback.

Certain chemicals that have been proven to hurt are primarily banned.

Mankind finally wakes up and realizes he should have cleaned up after himself better along the way.

Computer models with radical input don't make nature's fury any less or greater. There are way too many years, decades, centuries, millennia, not mentioned of the same changes we see today. Every thing and place has years of records above and below what ever a bunch of parasites call average or normal. Truly, that's all mankind is; another parasite that the planet itself might decide to shake off one day. Or maybe, a solar flare or meteor will end it all for us and fear mongering used to control, will finally cease.

The only disaster to worry about is man. We CAN'T control the weather, planetary cycles, any thing else out side of ourselves.

jono7: it drives me crazy that BC is fracking!
it's causing earthquakes.
who in their right mind, does fracking in a subduction zone?
(or anywhere for that matter......)

now that other countries are not so willing to recycle our garbage, i think it's even more important that we take some personal responsibility.
there's lots of benefits.
less packaging means less garbage which means less weight lifting it out to the curb.
recycle - saves you money at the consumer end of products
re-purpose - saves you money and lets you spend some time being creative
buy second hand stuff - save your money for other choices, and less stuff going to the dump
purchase responsibly and avoid some of those packaging costs in your purchases.
Yeah Jono the fracking think is crazy, is there no standards to help protect the planet..
The rubbish problem of the world will be the next thing to be making more waste lands, here they were putting plastics into tar sealed roads... that came out about 4 months ago here, and its on trial to see if the roads will hold up.. haven't heard any more about it, but it could a use for the mountains of plastic around the world..
