They have been educated to listen to you tell them what they already know about themselves.

They are more wacky than their patients. I saw one for years and I told him I'm not getting anywhere talking to you. He said, "but we just started".

I am bipolar and take 2 medications for it. I have learned through diet you can get off all meds. That's what I want to achieve someday soon. Fasting is a good way and I've started to do that. Dietary intake also helps especially avoiding sugar. I've lost over 90lbs and lowered my A1C to 5.2 so I am tapering off one of my diabetes meds.

The human body is an amazing thing. It can actually heal itself if you know what to do.thumbs up

It would do no harm for everyone to go for at least 10 visits.

Wow I'd love to pick your brains...if only it wasn't so public here...I have a condition you have and when you said before about the fasting I thought it was a quick fix fad...didn't realise there were benefits to it aswell as weight.
Don't need it for weight but for something else we have in common.
How do you reintroduce food after fasting...has it tone gradual.

I tried to mail you but was blocked. You can mail me and ask any question you want.wave

After a fast I just ate what I normally ate. But I have been intermittent fasting for months so I only eat once a day. Intermittent fasting is not eating for 12-14 hours a day.

With any fast you need to ask your doctor if it is ok especially if you are on meds.

Ive never understood why getting a psychiatrist is so tough—even if you have adequate health coverage. Some HMO’s (and I worked many years for one) had several on their staff, and those offices were nearly always empty or near...confused yet, when clients want to see one, they’re given the run-around just about every time. I always wondered just what those buttholes did all day—I’m sweating bullets to get meds passed, tears dried, charting, pharmacy orders, coding, and they’re sitting in there with no clients and hesitate to take any. I just don’t get it....dunno

From Manchester but not sure about the cat.
The three of us go litter picking together usually once a week also, it's surprisingly enjoyable.

It was a reference to Schrodinger's cat laugh

I watched the video, fair play to him, we could certainly do with a lot more people like him (sorry,,,ye) . Glasgow here is a lovely city, it's full of gorgeous tree lined streets, but venture out of the better areas where residents do their bit and there's rubbish and litter everywhere, it's so bad it's jaw dropping.
