kamelia: What's upsetting me is that I made my self clear and even apologized to one person who felt offended by it and explained myself over and over again what I meant..And more explanation would just look like a broken record..

Kamelia and Stefonline...In my case, I wasn't offended by your comments...you two have definitely made your positions clear, and I truly understand and agree with them!
But on the other hand, there were a few others that really upset me...such as....

dancingfarmer: My personal preference would be to keep the friends I made on here by e-mailing them directly and not staying on a singles site after I got married. You don't need to stay on this site to keep in contact so that excuse doesn't hold water.

Now this one...bothers me.mumbling

This is true...but also true...No where in the Forum rules for posting, does it state that "married" people shouldn't be here or post here.
Not arguing...just stating...wave

So what as long as you know they are in a relationship, the same goes in real life, how do you know if they are really single, until you get the phone call telling you stay away from my partner.conversing

venere08: Probably more due to you being such a baby then than anything else

Like everything, many exceptions, particularly, and not necessarily based on age. Two I can think of immediately. One couple met while the man was still married, and they essentially had an affair, then got married, and he raised yet more children. The other were 2 people in their 40's. The woman was going through a horrible separation. The man remained by her side nurturing her. I understand even gave her baths. I saw them last year, 15 years after she first cried on his shoulder. And she made it known to all that she did many more things as well! He lapped up all the attention, 'coz he was normally quiet as a church mouse! For onlookers and her family, you couldn't have had more of a mismatch. She was this hot blooded, fiery woman, and he was a meek and mild OH&S officer!

But granted. Warning bells are to be heeded and carefully considered.

omygoodness

posting the forum rules?

rolling on the floor laughing

admin does what they please and invites who they care to to leave

as is their right

as far as peoples opinions stated as fact-veiled 'nailing' people and describing their personalities as factroll eyes

thats ok but having a definite opinion isnt ok?

the definition of forum is discussion and debate and exploration of subjects...confused

whats the big dramatic deal it was just a conversation and some people did get opinionated way before many people came in

again so what?

what is this petulant friday? people have to leave?
if people left every time they had their feathers ruffled this place would be like 3 people here-that would suck-

cooome ON-everyone has an opinion and they need only have value to the have-er-why is it offensive-

and some facts are facts

if you have suggestions mail admin-they dont read forums much

dunno

and actually yeah-now that i read the op again...seems pretty pointed-didnt say secretly married people-said happily married
sounds like trouble

so maybe that invited some feelings of unwelcomeness (is that a word?) for some and defensivesness and on the other hand an invite for people against

again so what? we all arent perfect-im not mad at you and really i didnt see anyone else was...dont go away so fast!!
whoever qoted you and responded to you Kam-its just a conversation here and sometimes different opinions-its okhug
