rolltideroll: Alright people is it not odd to find happliy married people on a singles dating site. Sounds like trouble.

I don't think so ,
I love hearing the happy stories ,
they share their experiences with us singletons !!
I think it is good of them to be honest !

fireliter: I always find it humorus that people will move heaven and earth, work doubles, and sell possessions, sacrifice friends to marry someone, but lack the same zeal and conviction to dissolve the marriage.

Yep...so do I.

Ambrose2007: I think I see another possibility for not divorcing - an ambivalence toward the idea of having further romantic relationships...?

Look...I've had three great relationships since
I've been separated. The fact that I was still
married was never an issue.

If, however I were to meet someone who I would
like to form a relationship with and this was an
issue, I would take steps to resolve it.

Until then...£1200=two skiing holidayslaugh

rolltideroll: I have read two different profiles of guys that say they are married but looking for fun either just with him or welcome to join him and his wife.
Ladies this is not the kind of Man I want hanging around.

If these sort of people offend you...you should ignore them! However, there are some single women who are looking for marrieds only. Not nice, but true! And maybe this isn't the preferred sight for this type of relationship.

BUT...who am I to judge what people desire and seek? if I don't
want what they are selling...I simply don't buy!

Hell, they might even be Mormon and looking to increase their "stable"....LOL Herein lies religious freedom to seek more partners!!professor

I don't think any of us are in position to judge others..We may not like it or disagree, but that doesn't necessarily make us right...But that's just me and my opinion

My personal preference would be to keep the friends I made on here by e-mailing them directly and not staying on a singles site after I got married. You don't need to stay on this site to keep in contact so that excuse doesn't hold water.

::raises eyebrow::

I find it quite interesting that you think of this as some type of excuse...mumbling AND YOU decided it "doesn't hold water".

Hhhmmmm...guess it's a good thing that it's not up to you huh....

And by the way...It's plainly stated on my profile that I'm married...not looking...it's on numerous threads...and why I'm still here...if I wanted to contact my friends by email, I would. Needless to say, I like being here to contact them, and interact with them on the forum...otherwise...I would not be here...

snooty

Yeah, I'm a bit grumpy....but posts such as this just aren't right...if someone is being dishonest about being married...then I can understand...but if they're not...what is the issue....dunno

It would be odd if this were a normal dating site. Because of the friendships made here along the way I don't find it odd at all...it's great to see the success stories. cheers
