The first thing I can think about is a bed. The frame alright but there is no way I could ever feel truly comfortable sleeping in any bed that held a person or persons whom I could never know.

I grew up wearing hand me downs like clothes, shoes, and having to sleep on used bedroom furniture etc so hand me downs don't bother me. I make real good money and still enjoy shopping at flea markets, thrift shops and even rummage sales.
Why pay big ticket prices on items when second hand can sometimes be better. Once you buy something new and take it home and use it it's second hand anyhow.

Yes and totally true when i was studying I cleaned motel room and i can tell u i wouldnt sleep on them beds
