I have never read up on topics re microwaves... but reading that link, its clear that my intuition is still intact.. I never could explain to anyone why I dont like them, was always suspicious of them, now I have an answer...
Clearly, my old fashioned ways of eating raw, or cooking on the cooker is fine...

One thing your article that you posted did say, is that they can't use microwaves to heat up the blood is true, which is why they do use a different system to keep the blood bags from coagulating....

I only have a problem when my A class year 11 student at the time put an Easter egg in the microwave to make it softer to eat, off course she left the wrapper on? Sparks everywhere!
As for the experiment? Boiling water or microwaving water changes its molecule structure, reducing nutrients in the water? And nobody has ever thought of that before?
I love my microwave! It saves me money!
