Yes gnj4u....life told by letters...changes occur within life.. change never stops....a new year is almost upon us...a time when we hope for more future change. I'm not sure if others view the poem as I do, but I enjoyed the journey....Niah
Love and life spoken in letters, just as a poet does. May the new year bring you much happiness, a new love and new experiences in which to partake. :)
Waiting for love in stormy weather, waiting 'til love returns and makes life better, waiting ... I hope next year we won't have to wait for too long. Very original way of presenting the alphabet of love failures, and I am looking forward to the next alphabet of love glories in the coming year as a reward for the permanent search for love. Enjoyed the poem, thank you.
Hi, niah9, ReaderOfSouls, marikia, trurorob, Earlgreytea, Gwynevie, Fellsman, and agoodguy2have, Thank you so much for your encouraging words about my poem. I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. In ringing out the old and ringing in the new, thoughts come as thoughts often do. I don’t really eschew rhyme rather I, too, write from the heart, not mind. Sometimes, out rhyming it comes, at other times, not. I am pleased to be sharing poetic snowflakes with each of you! Here's to a glorious journey through 2011 and beyond! P.S. I'm keeping my day job (as long as I can, that is), too!
Hi, boyshchrm6, I'm sure everyone is hoping your prediction of "positive changes and enlightenment for many" will come to fruition. I know I do! And, so, the New Year begins! Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my poem. It's good to have you back on Poet's Corner!
Hi, jazzy75 and caroljoyce, Compliments on poetry from the two of you are treasures. Although not written about Poet-Corner relationships, I am honoured to be sharing the life space between A and Z with you. Yes, may we all be blessed with love!

Hi sorry for being a little late, but better late than never in some cases...lol.....my surname begins with a "W", so all through my earlier life, at school and then the Army....I was always at the back of the queue, as in those days most things were done alphabetically....and for other things in life, now I am a little older?......LOL....STILL waiting.....Kindest regards...And...Happy New Year my friend.....Andrew...xxx
Hi, andrew149, I'll take a poem comment from you in any order. Yes, I used to think that the teachers should mix it up and go in reverse order every once in a while. Hope you liked the poem anyway! The year I taught, I quietly took attendance and did everything else randomly. But, now, that you bring up the order thing, my poem does appear to have had a close brush with going in quasi-alphabetical order, except for that dangling J and that pesky K!
