Stranded waiting for you
Stranded with an island view
I'm stranded with little to do
No boat, or food...No you

Rescue me soon pretty girl
You said you'd give me a whirl
Hair so soft with a little curl
Rescue me from sea of pearl

Bring me home where I belong
Baby you know it's not wrong
I'll tell you in a short love song
Rescue me from nights so long

Find the note in the glass bottle
Come to me, come full throttle
Rescue me from an island paradise
I'll love you always, treat you nice

I'm going crazy for your touch
Crazy cause I love you so much
Insane to hold and caress you
Rescue me and hold me too

boyshchrm... I like the effect of complete opposites that you've created in this line!

The note in the bottle sways and swirls in the slow movement of the tide, then suddenly, the next line EXPLODES, with the power of a rip-roaring speed boat FLYING against the defeated efforts of watery waves trying to interfere with it's progress!

Nice effect!!!

Well gnj4u and island paradise is great
if you have some company...but I tend to
like to talk and talking to oneself can
get a bit boring....not even a basketball

Great poem! I really love the idea of "Rescue me from an island paradise" - b/c to me it helps conveys the idea of the priceless treasure of a true love... which is much greater than an island paradise...
