These Voices

Merciless these voices lash
Driving me insane
No hiding place is safe for me
They find me everywhere
I twist and turn down slippery paths
To hide within my mind
Yet still they follow on and on
No peace for me to find
They howl and scream
A banshees wail
Yet other times so gentle
Telling me what must be done
To satisfy the hunger
Blood more blood
The voices whisper
Blood more blood they scream
Merciless these voices lash
Driving me insane
