Happy Birthday USA

So you really think I am weak
Got me outflanked and outnumbered
Surrounded by your exuburance
"Watch out", I say to your kind
For maybe the calvery isn't coming
But you know I won't be afraid
Just look into these country blue eyes
And know they don't make many of us
We're far from cowards, and you will see
We won't run away from our fights
I'm ready..are you?, for at the end of day
You will see my flag still lofted high
Those stars and stripes still flying
And waving over many fields of glory
To our Lord, our Country, our Breathern
***Happy Birthday -- USA!***

About this poem:
Born out of a battle of defiance...."freedom" arose to establish a country such the world has never seen before or since....a country that brings a great sense of purpose and fierceness to all those who love her and defend her....America...characterized here with such gut feeling....and affection.
