X - Y x Z + T = M

Time sits heavily on my mind
Reverberating across time and space
Allowing echoes to cross the void
Visions flashing across the sky
Iridescent lights floating and dipping
Slowly my mind becoming numb
Allowing strange thoughts to creep in
Loosening my hold on reality
Before too long I am gone
Exploring all this madness
Return I cannot, I've lost my way
Today will last forever

Hi, steve1223,
An interesting write. When I look at what my imagination sums up as an equation of one's life, I notice that one thing missing is a constant. All those variables without any constants could well lead to exhaustion, if not madness.
