Squash and Apple Soup

The yellow blossoms steal the show
Sticking out of green hollow vines
With such enormous lobed leaves
Watch the huge summer squash grow
Next to the bountiful apple trees
So as I sit and just look around
I think how together things are so
Would apples and summer squash go
Together so saucy and tasty!!?
