Yes I too walk the dark side of life of the pain I went through but then quickly come out of those shadows and into the sunshine of today. We all out here care for you,may God open a beautiful path for you.Cheer up my dear Steve,by Gods grace I may make a trip to Australia to visit my brother who is very ill.I hope I will get an opportunity to see you. Loved this poem.

Steve please hang in there. I have been there many a times and that before you know it that pain will be replaced with glorious feeling.
I feel your pain very strongly.
Take care. WW

You have captured the essence of your walk so well. I felt your pain. Thanks for sharing
I think we have all been there Steve but God sees it all and his Holy Spirit is with us. I do try to believe this and it helps. I was married to a non believer for over 30 years but even so as a painter he always gave paintings to the churches in the villages where we lived. I started painting after he had been dead 10 years and I gave a painting of Christ on the cross to the church that I attend. You are very prolific with your poetry - I have a conflict of interest with the painting!!

Our dear paloma is given some great words of comfort as she always does, I can only say we can send good vibes to you to help until the pain subsides.
Steve i hope the pain will go away or become a memory in the background of your life that can be hid. I want you to hang in there my friend for i have been there time and time again. I am still on top darkness did not win
