A Blessing...............

worlds away but not that far
we seek to appease our soul
enter through the door ajar
a 'wai' greets us whole
as we sit upon our place
the scents do attract
time is placent not a race
our demeanor is in intact
i gaze upon the walls
dressed in history
i ponder on the calls
ripe with entity
ancient music stirs my heart
takes me far from here
delivers me to the start
a beautiful dance i do revere
cloaked in ornamental dress
to a tune i am immmersed
a rythmn that does bless
the spirits of the verse
our senses are alive
in more ways than i know
and the people who do strive
to make our evening glow......
