worlds away but not that far we seek to appease our soul enter through the door ajar a 'wai' greets us whole as we sit upon our place the scents do attract time is placent not a race our demeanor is in intact i gaze upon the walls dressed in history i ponder on the calls ripe with entity ancient music stirs my heart takes me far from here delivers me to the start a beautiful dance i do revere cloaked in ornamental dress to a tune i am immmersed a rythmn that does bless the spirits of the verse our senses are alive in more ways than i know and the people who do strive to make our evening glow......

About this poem:
Kathy took me to a local thai restaurant .........
Thanks BY.........Saturday nights they have the traditional dancing it really does set the mood.......However the young waiter inspired me to write this as he was still blessing us as we going out the door.......once again thanks for your lovely thoughts ...Regards Nu
Hi Phillis.............Actually my tastebuds have been subjected to very many asian influences before Kathy came along I must admit though I am learning some nice techniques ............ Kathy sends her love and thanks for your lovely thoughts .........regards nu
