HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KATHY, !!! GOD'S PRINCESS
Here is an acrostic I wrote just for you:
Kathy is new to our corner family And she writes some very beautiful poetry That is commented on very favourably Her poems reflect her cheerful humility Yielding to the Lord whom she worships sincerely
Thank you Socrates for my special poem. I'm so honored that you wrote a poem special for me. It was a beautiful day all the way around and now especially extra special with greetings from all my friends on here.
Thank you Mcradloff for your birthday greetings. I have felt special with all my good poet friends on here today!

Not only alive Miss princess, but alive and kicking. I'm a little further along life's road than you, and if I may share this secret with you: The answers is never to worry about the things you can no longer do, but simply major on the things you still can do.
A nice write Kathy, here's wishing you many more decades to celebrate.
There's still a lot of things I can still do I would gladly give up to someone else. However, I am still glad I am physically able to do them like: mowing, weeding, shoveling snow, etc.
Thank you for your Birthday greetings and encouragement in writing my poems.
I've went through all your poem except 65 , love cheese cake TOO! Keep

Funnily enough I am in the process of writing the family history and when I cover different events, I recall how I thought of everyone past 40 as ancient...and 50....close to death. Now at 67 I am writing the memories for the generation that follow, or are in the marrying age and have no idea of the family story. What has made a huge impression are the amount of women mentioned who are without husbands, not because of divorce, but death in their 40's and 50's.Dare I say that I agree with those who think 60 is the old 50...as I realise I am closer to 70 that 60.... Great write, that I am sure many can associate with....
Thank you Rusticbink - especially cheesecake WITH Cherries on top! Yum! I wish I could have thought of more words to rhyme with five! Oh well - it was on a challenge from Socrates at the time!

Belated Birthday wishes!
Fairy tales can come true!
It could happen to you,
if you are young at heart!
Ah! I remember the days at 65
when one could still relish the good life!
May Music and Happiness continue to
embellish your day!
