a poem snack
just a few quick words, a few quick lines
not to make you salivate, just a small satiate
to put in your mind a little idea, a smile
not to give meaning to life, just to last awhile
a stanza or two, just to get you through
some tight squeezed passage of time
and brush the dirt away from the time of this day
no big revelations, just a few words of rhyme
