Surrender to.all.my Faults

Surrender to all my Faults

Life is like a jungle
You just never know who you'll meet
I'm.a lier a murder and a cheat
I wonder what people will think

I.murdered little children
With tiny little feet
I.dont ask for your pardon
Just to.listen for their
beat
Just to.listen before you speak
I was sick in the head
Sure I couldn't speak

They would have being a blessing at anyone feet
Tiny.little babies
With no.voice because of this creep
I have no words to describe what.its like.on.the.operating table
Because no.one speaks
Just plenty of tears after
The heart beat has stopped beating in.my tummy with there tiny.little feet.

No words can.ever describe the guilt that I carry until.i expire from.this jungle
Beneath my feet
tiny.litlle feet have stopped dancing
Because of my decision
To abort before I could sleep

No human.can.judge me
Only himself,so he told me
Before I could sleep
I have sinned against humanity so forgive me please to help me ease
And get me on.my feet

I'll remember the day i made my decision I was full.of relief
But it's only in the after
That i knew i.did wrong.
So when.i.expire from.this jungle we call.life
Just remember.one thing
God is great.

I'll sit here a while
Just so
I feel that I have surrender ed all my.hurt and guilt
I'll sit here a while to.feel that I will.never be complete
So take some advise
Cherish life because it's the only one
We've got.

There are truly remarkable people in this jungle we call.life
So.hush don't cry
Your baby too is in the sky
Waiting to.be reunited
With.their loved ones who.made a huge mistake

The end

To Find What's Left

To write more verse, before the Impulse dies,
To find a way to live out what life's left,
And let my mind free in the bluest skies,
Before I gasp and take my final breath;-
To find that heart where we are best allies,
Before the Reaper's sickle means sure death;
So when it's finally over - this life's game;-
I shoot my soul into the sky as Spirit Flame.*

To tell of what has happened - best I can,
To remember fleeting beauty when she came;
And tell of every girl to whom I ran;
(Even though I can't recall each name);
Well most I can, (when I was a younger man);-
And in my kismet, I will feel no shame;
Well, where's the shame in a person's destiny?
When we should live out what was meant to be.

And so I'll entertain with more vignettes,
To keep all poems honest -(like before);
One more time, I'll say this: "there are no regrets";-
Many's the women, and many were the whore;
With whom I've slept - (that is aiding and abets);
I've been to strange places, been through many a door;-
I count my self lucky, to now survive;-
So I'll write myself dry - while I'm alive.

About this poem:
* I'm not religious, in the least (hardly). I merely feel the Energy must dissipate somewhere when we "die".

To the Wife and Girlfriend Bashers

If she is a free spirit;- let her go;-
If she is yours;- then do respect her.

It's a woman's want to let her feelings show;-
And she'll be not yours if you neglect her.

If sometimes she is childish;- you should know,
She's born to raise a child;- look after her.

And if you have ever fought "man to man"
You'd know how much a punch hurts;-

So be a Man and do not hurt her.

Australia: Race Relations

I think of the Aborigine's last plight
To tell of the Rainbow Serpent* in its might
Wherein the ancient dream time lies your soul
And the strength of ancient myth becomes your all.

For my young country Australia -
I tell of my dismay and love for her
I sing my all and in my praise for you
Hear the ancient haunting rhythm of didgeridoo.

Generations old and lost in time
Rock paintings in the Kimberley sublime
Dot paintings are the desert's oldest art
The living Dreamtime spirit at its heart.

One day they'll be when black and white unite
To recognize the black man in his fight
To seek the white man's peace in destiny
We must first make peace with the Aborigine.

To put the Constitution right now in its laws
To love the black man instead of to abhor
And to the Stolen Generation, a treaty give
Will make our country stronger - live and let live.

To lift the black man up with helping hand
Like Gough Whitlam ** unto you did pour his sand***
From white to black we still have far to go
From black to white forgiveness we must know.

About this poem:
* The main deity in Aboriginal mythology
** 21st Prime Minister of Australia (1972 - 1975)
*** A symbolic gesture giving the Aboriginal people "back" their land
and the start of the modern "land rights" movement

**** I wish to acknowledge, and pay my respects, to the traditional custodians, of this land, the Aboriginals. I also pay my respects, to Aboriginal Elders, past, present, and emerging.

DARKNESS TO LIGHT

The sky grew dark and gray
The earth and trees began to sway
All living creatures trembled in fear
As the end of the world felt near

The scent of blood and death was in the air
Cries of pain and agony were heard
Carried on the winds causing great fear
Not knowing the cost of forgiveness came dear

Mankind’s Light of the World died that day
And the darkness of souls were portrayed
Down into the Tomb of Hell the Light was placed
The Sacrificial Lamb of Grace

The Light of the World was in darkness for 2 days
Despair and hopelessness of all rampaged
Without the Light feeling bewildered and lost
Watching the Tomb of Hell covered in moss

The morning of the third day
The Light of the World again shown to display
That the Tomb of Hell was open and bare
A miracle had just happened there

The soul had risen from sin’s Hell
The Light of the World had arose to tell
All had been forgiven their sins
If they ask for it through Him

Thus Mankind’s physical body dies
But his spirit will live and rise
For the Lamb of Grace was the ultimate sacrifice
We have his gifts of Light and Eternal life

The Light of the World was snuffed out
For 2 days and nights in darkness and doubt
The third morning it shone again
To Light the World and Heavens without sin

About this poem:
4/9/2023: Another Easter has arrived and he has given this World so many chances. Will we have one more year of chances? Orig. message: Recently saw the movie "Risen" and it inspired me to write this poem. I usually like to write something light and more about nature. However, Palm Sunday - Good Friday - and Easter are coming up and I wanted to do something in honor of all the suffering my Lord and Savior went through and just how big a deal it was for all of Mankind. Thank you for reading even if it wasn't quite your cup of tea.

Regeneration!

There’s a sadness in being, a sadness in seeing
Our creation decline,
Twas not your vision nor twas not mine,
But we will begin again as we have before,
And once again, hope for more.

NEW?

So, imagination IS creation, I imagined you, you imagined me and that is what we see,
Simple at first, but complex over eternity!, constant imagination creates complication,

And now, we find ourselves HERE, in constant fear, of life and new creation, we probably should start anew, new me, new you, NEW what we imagine is true.

The young!

The young, what can you say? naive and innocent, and damm frustrating, no sense of life, always rushing in, and they know it all, until they fall, and then they ask for assistance, they show (this time) no resistance, so we help them up, (again) and help them on their way to this video game of life they play, until reality comes to call,
it's then they grow up,................. just like us all.

I am a sinner

I'm a sinner

I'm a sinner, was and always will be
Not by choice but weakness sometimes reign over me

I seek not your judgment but if you must

Please lay out the truth and don't be so harsh

I don't wish justification for my weakness

I only wish to earn for your forgiveness

And when it's time for me to lay down to rest

Say a little prayer for me to earn His forgiveness

Note: I wish to live a life that's sinless but we're human, flawed and imperfect. It's far easier to fall from the path of righteousness than not. While our intentions may always be to do the right thing, we somehow become weak. I try to follow the path of being good and live according to His will.
Having said that, I humbly seek forgiveness to all of you my friends and relatives with whom I have come short of your expectations.

So help me God.
I humbly submit my will to You.
Amen

Ice cream, just ice cream

I like ice cream on a sunny day and birds singing in the month of May, I like to see caterpillars crawl, snow fall, rain against my window pane, stormy winds that make me shiver, and float in peace on a winding river, I like peaceful times, soulful rhymes, but most of all, how it should be, what I'd like to see, is I care for you, and you care for me.
