Dozens of local soldiers boarded buses Saturday morning for a trip that will end 6,000 miles away.
About 40 members of the Mountain Warriors were among 1,300 Kentucky National Guard troops that are being deployed to Iraq. According to Kentucky National Guard spokesman Staff Sgt. Michael Oliver, this is the largest deployment of Kentucky Guard troops since World War II.

1) No economic message
They are searching for a new economic message. Even the White House realized that the blame Bush no longer works. The American voter is a fast food man/woman. It what you did for me today and yesterday that matters. Right now the White House is thin on Big Macs.
2) Manufacturing Jobs
The White House has been trying to make the economic message from the GM bailout and a small increase job there. But the message is muddy as Obama is alos combining green jobs into the manufacturing sector.
3) Funds
Opps were did all that donated money go? My or my. Here the President wants to do a 1b campaign for the 2012.....and the money does not seem to be there.
3) New Battle Ground states.
Suddenly Virgina and North Carolina have become battle grounds states to the White House. Saying? These smaller states have
large DEM voting blocks. But Obama only won NC by 14,000 votes in 2008. They should be easier for Obama to win.
But as most political advisor will tell you ....the road to the White House is thru Ohio, Florida, Texas, California and New York.
Does this mean he is conseeding FL, TX and OH? To early to say on that. Just that the White House is looking for a different map to win the 2012, than in 2008.
