If you believe in evolution, then you believe we all descend from one ancestor, typically going by the name "lucy".

Even if you somehow believe that a large population of unrelated individuals is how the human race started (not possibl), then we'd still all be related, due to the inevitable connecting of all people through reproduction.

I am not related to you or anyone else outside of those of European heritage.
Chinese scientists are of the view that people are descended from four distinctly different varieties of ape, each of which occurred in different areas of the planet.
This explains all the racial differences (which are considerable) and makes much more sense than the 'out of Africa' idiocy, which is also a genetic impossibility.
