This is about the sun and when Jesus returns for the saved. In Isaiah 30 it says that it must be seven times brighter before He returns and it has been getting brighter.

It's a sad day when the God of love who supposedly created you, me and everything and everyone else has to resort to the threat of death to all to feel needed wanted and loved. I think your God needs a hug!
Well dear, you're 48 and never married so I submit maybe you're going about this all wrong. BTW whoever wrote that bit about the Sun didn't even know that the Sun is a star and if it ever got 7X brighter that "savior" would need asbestos sandles to walk around in.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe in this kind of thing!
I reckon I've waited long enough for "him", so I'll leave the "waiting" for other.
I got better things to do, like enjoying our "seven times brighter summer nights"!
It has already gotten "brighter" at my part of the world, no dark nights at all! Perhaps he has returned here?
abcWOMAN: We decorate our windows with lights during the darkest time?
A Spanish boy once visited us in north; he just wanted to go home, as he couldn't stand the darkness!
Honestly, I doubt Chris could stand the darkness!! We also have lot of snow and most of the days below zero. The last winter lasted for 7 months!
Hi ABC. We the spanish can't resist living without a bright sun during many months. A person I met years ago went to work in Iceland. He liked the country and the people, but he preferred to return months after, for that reason.

Isn't something,we, the Southerners miss, cold below zero and snow.-
I read that the number 7 was only seen in religious references laster in Christianity history in England after the eastern philosophy was introduced there - hence the term "7th heaven"
Our belief system helps us understand the world around us.

Not all the southern Europe has the weather of a greek island.
There is a saying in some places in Spain, "nueve meses de invierno y tres de infierno" (nine months of winter and three of hell) referred to extreme temperatures. However we have light days, sometimes even with snow.

Guzman, I can understand the Spanish people. Why suffer in cold and darkness, when you've such a wonderful climate. Nordic citizens go south for vacation; Spain and Greeze are popular destinations. I never think of the darkness, since I've grown up here.
chris27292729: Then, thank you, i prefer mild winters in South Greece, where snowing rarely happens.-
Northern part of the country isn't the most pleasant place to live in. In wintertime you need lots of clothes and also make sure you eat vitamin D (not too much sunshine in the winter). In the summertime you need to cover yourself for the mosquitoes! Life is tough!
