Even if you say nothing one might wonder if you will actually end up in his shoes one day, and what twist that story might take.

Keep it simple; just blackmail her for things like good booze, other women, some nice clothes, housekeeping and laundry services...and keep her at arms' length...if you don't get greedy, it could last a long time!

No actually this is good. We cleared the air and now better understand the situation.
So the relevant question left I guess is how well do you get along with the male neighbor? Is he a friend, the kind you give a spare key to your house to so he can get in there if something happens and your can't be there, or is he just the guy who lives next door and you couldn't care less if he moves away and someone else moves in?
Are you sure he doesn't already suspect her?
If you tell him, will she swear you are lying and say that you came on to her?
Obviously if you accepted her deal then you probably shouldn't tell him you did so.
If you tell him and he does nothing about it, what will future life living next door to them be like?

He is just a next door guy.not friend and not enemy.And of course i m not interested causing a touble in peoples families.
