I'm in a LDR with a guy I met here. Relationships are not about being nose-to-nose 24/7. LDR relationships are way harder, no shared friends, no shared experiences between meetings. When we are apart, this is our only shared social life. CS owes us!

well conventional wisdom would say no, the person should be concentrating on their relationship
but then...what do I care? People do all kindsa crazy stuff. I think chatting on CS is the pretty innocent in the big picture

We always had lots of animals and pets around when growing up, I just haven't had any since living in Ireland and I'm getting used to having nothing to tie me down. Might start with stuff like that again in a while.

We have a BIG dog at home, when the cat gave her one of her looks, the dog turned around and walked off.
When we had several cats (on the farm), the cats hung out together. When there was only one left, she and the dog got friendly.
When we had to put the cat down when she was 21, the dog was looking for her for days.

Kind've full circle back to subject of this thread. I simply wouldn't have the interest or desire to be on an online dating site forum if I was in a relationship.
