Ok, suggestions welcome please (nice ones!). Budget €1000 max (flight/accomm/food/drink/sight seeing/souvenirs, i.e. everything!) Countries on list are countries I haven't been to. Mesmerised from searching on and off all day. Small complaint I know!
Requirements!: Sun, relaxation, interesting sights (famous or historical), pretty scenery, decent food and accommodation (preferably nice notel by a sandy beach!)!
Not asking for much am I?
(P.S. I thought I put up a destination choice poll before but couldn't find it.)

Most of these countries, will probably be well over your budget!

You might be right but I saw a few deals for Ibiza, Majorca and Bulgaria, and Italy (Sorrento/Naples/Pompeii) slightly under it, though I've been to Spain and Italy, just not those parts. Just hard to choose! :)

Thanks Peter! Yeah Norway could be interesting alright. But I'm sure there are hotels in Greece with flushing toilets.
I have always wanted to visit Greece. But also would want to visit Wales. From the time I read "A Child's Christmas in Wales" by Dylan Thomas, I have been fascinated with Wales.

Havana Cuba should have been near the top of the List.

Dublin-Cancún round trip flying with Delta airlines at the beginning of June it is about €500 (good deal) but the best option is to look for a all inclusive package. Flight:
Some all inclusive options in Cancún just check the hotel location to be sure about the beach and the clients review (also in trip advisor) and definitely if choosing Cancún do it in an all-inclusive way otherwise it can be expensive.

Don't mind tru! He hasn't moved on from coalmining days! hi tru! Wales is lovely. They have a lovely accent too. If you like rugby, go during rugby season when there's a match on, a club match even.

posolet: Costa Rica used to be a more cheap place to visit.
Not anymore. Rich Americans, mostly from dark reputation
building Mansions there, so, cost of living is much higher now
even for visitors.
I was looking for some info about routes (volcanoes of course) and some places by train and yes the train seemed rather expensive.
Some friends of mine (from Costa Rica) said that it is ok to rent a car and go around, of course not going place late at night, etc...have you had any personal experience about it.
