Nah....rework the thread idea...make it more challenging...for instance, say you met someone who had a fabulous personality, but they had the face like the back of a bus...or they had a to-die-for-body, but were boring....or were gorgeous, rich, and charming, but were republican...

All of the things that a person could change or work on are OK, such as acne, which can strike anybody.
Unattractive face: well that's at least in part a perception.
Unattractive body: yes a person could work on that, at least to some extent.

I chose unattractive personality, but for me that includes extreme ignorance, no class, and immaturity. And by no class, I mean really rude and ignorant completely of how to behave anywhere. I tend to prefer people who are earthy and working-class, so I don't care if he can dine with the Queen of England, I just care that he has basic manners and kindness.

You didn't specify whether this about a romantic relationship or friendship or just first impression - but I'm guessing it would be romantic relationship.
Any of those things would kill a romantic relationship for me, so which is the "biggest" is irrelevant.
For friendship, all having to do with personality would be the biggest turn-off.
