I enjoy veins!!!! I think veins on the arms etc......is the biggest turn on for me. woohoooo, If I had a 3rd leg in the morning seeing that would make it go north
But an average person can also have veins. But in all honesty what matters to me the most is the Heart!!! I've dated muscle men that were complete jerks and some with great hearts. I've also dated average people and as long as I have a vein to run my finger on, I think it is a turn on bonus to his heart being first. okay I have not had enough coffee yet and today is day 4 of quit smoking so I am rambling
As in most things in life, we must do it for ourselves. My baby sis is a "personal trainer" at a couple of local gyms. She once told me I needed to get rid of the "belly" if I wanted to attract a woman. If it is the physic the woman wants, I can assure her I do not want her.
I have started back at the gym, rotating days of upper and lower body building but it is for me. A smoker who has had several heart attack & 2 bouts with cancer, yet he wants to stick around a little longer just to "piss people off"..
People often become "pissed" when another speaks the truth... Do it for you and the hell what another thinks.
My motto: "It's my life, I live it, I love it. Let critisim be damned."
My adjective are just not forming today LOL Muscles do not make the man, the heart makes the man, and the attraction between two people is what makes the man and the woman become so more

In my sport, excess muscle is a real no no. I have to keep my power to weight ratio just right. Muscle is heavy, and excess restricts flexibility and movement. For this reason i dont work out, i just enjoy my sport and that keeps my body in tip top condition and my mind in tune. Whether anyone is impressed, i care not.
The above is merely my sympathetic response on behalf of muscular guys everywhere. Fortunately, I'm only average in all ways, so my success with (most) women is completely assured!
Muscles are only a good thing if they work. Once had a body builder stop by my house while I was outside digging up a garden plot. He just sat there holding his sack lunch, that he seemed to carry where ever he went (as though that wasn't ridiculous enough). While pulling up an especially large rock about the size of a basketball, I asked him "Are those things good for anything, or are they just for looks?" He said for looks. No matter how muscular he was, just made him look like a lame whimp.
Yeah, there's a huge difference between doing "real work" and lifting weights in a gym. I learned that the hard way the last couple of summers, doing construction work. The excess muscle and flab really just slowed me down. Also, I was always amazed when bodybuilder types had so much trouble moving pianos - something I did all the time.
It's hard to duplicate all the movements involved in real world strength in the gym - but the gym is far better than nothing.
Also, some people don't realize that serious weight-lifters/bodybuilders try strenuously to avoid hard work on their recuperative days off. Doing heavy squats one day and moving pianos the next day, for instance, is a "no-no." So bodybuilders may come across as wimps on their days off, since hard work then sabotages muscle recovery.

Try a visit to your local climbing wall Ambrose. More aerobic than most gym workouts, using most muscle groups whilst keeping the mind focused. Also very good for some people with lower back pain.
