Yash124g: Okay, have to be more specific for you.

Do you see humans as being a) higher; b) lower; or c) equal to that of all other animals?

like i said, equal, who gives me the right to categorize the animal as a lower being as a human being??

No, actually, I was talking about various methods of sterilization...but since you brought it up, wonder how animals managed to die all by themselves before hunters came into the picture?

You know, the human population problem is far worse than the animal one. People are dying of starvation, disease, overcrowding, etc. Why don't we just kill the weaker ones off, too, to thin out the herd?

So, you're saying it is better to alter nature rather than let some responsible hunters cull the populations? What logic is there to alter an animal so it can no longer breed while, as you say, people are starving?

It is not a question of you having the right, it is more that mankind is superior because of what we have accomplished when compared to any other animals that exist.

None comes close to anything we have developed, though mankind has certainly learnt from animals & each of their individual abilities.

You mentioned earlier about murder. Below is what Oxford English Dictionary, (I like Morse), states and defines how most people in this world regard the two, though you obviously view it to be something vastly different:

murder
• noun 1 the unlawful premeditated killing of one person by another. 2 informal a very difficult or unpleasant situation or experience.
• verb 1 kill unlawfully and with premeditation. 2 informal spoil by poor performance. 3 informal, chiefly Brit. consume (food or drink) with relish.
— PHRASES get away with murder informal succeed in doing whatever one chooses without being punished. murder will out murder cannot remain undetected. scream blue murder informal protest noisily.
— DERIVATIVES murderer noun murderess noun.
— ORIGIN Old English.

kill
• verb 1 cause the death of. 2 put an end to. 3 informal overwhelm with an emotion. 4 informal cause pain or anguish to. 5 pass (time). 6 stop (a computing process). 7 (in sport) make (the ball) stop.
• noun 1 an act of killing, especially of one animal by another. 2 an animal or animals killed by a hunter or another animal. 3 informal an act of destroying an enemy aircraft or vessel.
— PHRASES be in at the kill be present at or benefit from the successful conclusion of an enterprise. kill two birds with one stone proverb achieve two aims at once. kill with kindness spoil (someone) with overindulgence.
— ORIGIN probably Germanic and related to QUELL.

Goodnight folks.
cheers

The logic in it (and I cannot believe you had to ask) is letting the animal LIVE.

Far as I know, deer is not used to feed starving people. Having said that, I've stated many times in this thread (and you should know; you've been in the discussion pretty much from the get-go) that I'm not against hunting for SURVIVAL.
