I would like to know about how many people taking care themself,and how people keeping staying healthy without vitamin if they have another way. I taking some vitamins as I need. but,I think vitamin can't helping stay healthy by all means.

No ,i am not on any kind of medication i went to my doctor to get some advice to increase the weight but my doctor didnt give me a tablet and said u r very fit dont try to increase the weight otherwise u will be fat/overweight

do not take any vitamins. I am a vegan and i try my best to eat healthy and exercise as much. I drink alot of water, do not use bread or white flour. No alcohol and very little sugar
get most of the much needed vitamins from natural herbal foods .
I see.. How about TOFU? you can cook it for anything,salada,soup,ETC ofcourse,you can TOFU by it self. I think lowfat foods help to your diet. take care!

not a lover of tofu really.....but when i do use it I use the firm kind . Usually stir fry with veggies
Thank you for replying me. I agree with your style. Whole foods and herbs are best than regular vitamins. (NO chemical) I taking Cinnamon sometimes therefore I can relax and sleep right away.
I know what you mean. most people doesn't like TOFU,my friends neither. Vegetable is good ya? you can cook it fried,steam,also vegee juice. Mmmm Makes me hungry.
Lots of vitamins-I can REALLY tell a difference in my health if I don't take vitamins and herbs. For instance, I take 75mg of zinc...if I don't take it, I have bad allergies and I regularly break out in poison ivy when I mow my yard...as long as I take it, it's not at all bad and I don't have to use anything else.

yes, I take vitamens. Usually one good multi-vitamen each day. If I get sick I take two, I enjoy using fresh fruits, vegatables, and herbs grown out of a garden. And fresh meat is best when it's feasable to have it. But otherwise at the store I like to buy frozen vegatables and for the meat I try to buy one that looks fresh and has the longest expieration date on it. Sometimes though I do buy "day old meat" because it can be cheaper and put it in the frezer and it keeps until you are ready to use it.

I take vitamins as needed for my diet..I use iron, zinc, and vitamin b..Mostly are taken in the winter though when I'm feeling more sluggish.

i think not cos u can get all the vitamins u need a from good healthy diet

Wow! That's a LOT of zinc!!! Didn't realise it would be so effective for allergies though! Interesting!
