Several years ago I was in a depressed stage. I couldn't sleep and I would sit in the dark morning just aching all over. When dawn started to wake the birds up they would start chirping and chirping and I hated it. Happy things made me madder.
Now, many years later, I have made a tremendous comeback and I hear the birds now and I love to hear them sing. It's a reminder that those dark days are over!
I have found that even though I have a limited time different from your wind and rain situation, but still a problem demanding more attention, I have found that focusing more intently on the job and seeing things through more carefully helps you tremendously.
A boss once asked me why I finish my job at the same time even though it was delayed due to malfunction in the equipment (which happened alot on this one job). I didn't want to explain what I told you because a boss becomes a boss when he is the suspicious type. I didn't want him to have false ideas that I was lagging when I took the full 8 hours to complete the job. But by taking the full 8 hours, since it was a cleaning food transport equipment, you can be fully satisfied that the equipment is as clean as the company expects it to be.
I always wondered about this song. If people actually danced to it or just listened to it. I say that because of the instrumentation. An upright bass, a drummer using mallets and brushes and the "chorus" snapping their fingers!!!
No, you need a serious discussion with your partner especially if you have a vested partnership of 50% each!
He needs to listen to you. If he takes too much liberty and in the future the company starts losing money he may take the stance that you didn't do your part! OR, if you make a lot of money he may do the opposite and say you deserve less than he does. Serious things happen when there is money at stake! And more serious, I hope your partnership is documented in an agreement.
Demand equal say and now! You may regret it in the future if you don't!
Actually I am taking the time before anything else transpires to apologize to you for calling you names. I have not done this for a long time and I am sorry I did.

I didn't pay to much attention on the radio or albums unless we were learning the tunes for our band.
Throughout the decades: Santana; Chicago; Doobie Bros; Earth, Wind and Fire! Just to mention a few when i played with Rock groups. When I played with Mexican bands: Sabor a Mi; Si lo Supieras; all different artists!
Because through all of history all you countries that have "other" agendas like rich people robbing the poor for their own purposes leaving you with no defense when you get attacked makes us want to help you.
WW1 - Defeated the enemy along with a lot of Nations United in an effort to eradicate unjustice. Same thing in WW2! A bunch of defenseless countries again looking for Allied help. And now Al Qaeda, Hamas and other radical fools that want to kill you too, Catfoot, is the reason we protect everyone.
And again, I mention, Obama has had nothing to do with what his predecessors caused. His giant mop just isn't big enough to clean the mess up, but he's trying and I voted for him.
I'm not happy with war but I'm glad that when someone attacks us and kills our people along with a multitude of visiting aliens, like the World Trade Center, and masterminded by a despot like Osama Bin Laden that we have the guts to go get him!

I wasn't exactly bed bound when I had cancer but almost a year of sleeping in bed and sleeping "watching" TV was a real knock out!Like Lavina says, better to follow doctors advise!
