Mine have passed away many years ago. But I still remember things about them and I am still sad for the bad things I did to them. But they were always there for me and that's why I still hold them dear to my heart!
The Christmas thing mixed with love, joy and happiness is an overblown thing.

The "flat" cartoon was funny. I commented on another blog earlier that I passed this house the other day as this man was putting up his decorations. The inflatable Santa and reindeer were all deflated and flat! It looked funny as they were laying on the ground!

My idea of Christmas and Easter is to celebrate His birth and resurrection each and every day! Without all the glitter and gloss! And the drinking, too!

How do I personally feel about Asians? My son-in-law is Japanese. My Grandchildren are gorgeous. My granddaughter just entered a large American University this year and she is majoring in Biophysics and Biochemistry. Yes, I like Asians and I am sure most people do as well.

Go to college and make a career choice or just get into the job market right away. Then your mind is elsewhere because then bills get in the way and other things in life.

My dreams are so wild I know they can't be reality except when I dream in mathematical sequences and numbers! That's pretty real because I was very good in my math classes.
But my other dreams are so vivid with detail and shape and color! I dream music being sung with perfect pitch and the chords are perfect harmony!

In the US Christmas can be a long holiday if it falls on a Thursday. Most employers will give Friday off too. If Christmas is on a Saturday or Sunday, again, most employers will give Monday off.
People do programs at church and things like that. Or a city will have a concert or play. Then there are the company Christmas parties and the personal Christmas parties as well.
Many people will just gather and go "caroling". That means they will stroll from block to block, house to house or even go to a mall and sing Christmas songs!
Does China celebrate a holiday like this? Where a deity's (ours is Jesus Christ) birthday is celebrated?
Wow! that surprises me but yet it doesn't. The French are probably having heart attacks over these potato thingy's being called "french fries" since they're so politically correct way before that phrase was coined!
