I could go on with many old age stories but I will mention this one only.
Many years ago my friend's mother passed away and the Dad hysterically mourned and cried continuously for a long time. It was so sad, so I can see what your going through.

I don't think she stole any money. Her "boyfriend" sold her and he left with the money. If she had stolen she wouldn't have stayed with the old man for a year.
As a hometown/garage/nightclub entertainer I don't think he has a love interest. He's just singing the song in his own way because the dude can sing!
When we sang and played there was no one at all. We just jammed and that's what he's doing. I can imagine the show he puts on while fishing among his friends on the fishing docks and beach's. Maybe he would sing "Dock of the Bay" sometime and we can catch it.

You are absolutely correct about these deaths. Police really need better training. The latest news on the Garner man's death is that this particular policeman has had other complaints filed against him for excessiveness in dealing with other Black men!
