i met a guy from a different dating site and he was telling me how he wanted to settle down with someone and grow old with them etc etc etc, he met my kids and they got on well with him etc, then ne evening we were sitting cuddling up on the sofa when i saw he was messaging some other girl and saying the exact same things as he was telling me, god knows how many women he had on the go, i told him to leave my house that night and that i would find someone worthy of my time, i have not spoke to him since, why he acts like that i dont know, maybe he knows us women fall for that kind of chat, dont worry thought their are geniune guys out there x
i dont reply to everyone, i would only reply to people i am honestly interested in first i look at the photo and if i think yeah he looks like my type i will then check out their profile, if their profile sounds interesting or sounds like the type of person i would like to meet then i will go back and then read he message they sent but i have got to the point in my life where i wont just settle for second best, i am looking for a long term partner and i know what i want out of that dont be disheartened though xx
lonely and alone are two different things, i was in a relatinship for three year with a guy and i was s lonely and yet now i am single i may be alone but i'm not lonely as i am free to do what i please when i please although one day i would like to meet mr right and have the life i once had when i was married as i miss that life

i was 17 and he was 25, remember it like it was yesterday, the minute i saw him i fell in love instantly, by the end of the night he had told me we would be together forever, ok forever never happened but we married and had two kids together, we spent 12 years with eachother but unfortunatly we drifted apart, we still love eachther and would still be there fr eachother but came to a point in ur life that we wanted different things
i do believe in love at first sight
its happened once since then but although we still talk we could not make it work cs of the distance between us
its an amazing feeling and i would lve to find that again but love normally grows with time xx

i was born on valentines day and its getting harder for my family to find me decent birthday cards as the shops are full of valentines cards valentines is getting as popular as christmas especially when it cmes to how many cards are bought and sent

some believe it goes back to the roman times where a emperor had decided that it was better that single men made better sldier but valentine decided this was not fair and that he would marry couples secretly, believing this would build a stnger military base, when the emperor found out about this valentine was put to death
some say and the one that is mre commonly known is that valentine was a imprisoned man who fell in love with the jailors daughter and before he was put to death he wrote her letter signed 'your valentine'
i promised each and every one of my babies the first night in the hospital when everyone else had gone that i would love them forever unconditionally and that i would be behind them every step of the way encouraging them to be the best that they can be,
but every day in a childs and a adults life we are learning new things all the time so all we can do as a parent is guide them and to love them and to be there for them so they become well adjusted adults xx

i always find after the xmas rush that the first few days of the new year is always soo quiet, takes time to almost settle back into normality without the worry, stress and excitement of xmas, almost like getting married lol
i dont have many resolutions, i always put on weight over xmas, so i always start my diet when the kids go back to school
good luck on the diet and the smking but would it nt be better to concentrate one thing first because to try to do both might maake eachone harder, i dont smke but i culd imagine hw hard it is to give up smking and people who normally try start eating mints r something, i suppose you could buy sugar free mints and eat those in between meals that way yu could possibly achieve both, another trick i learnt when i had 2 stone to loose was to eat 6 small meals rather than 3 big ones as then you dont feel deprived.....

i am 34 years of age and have just been asked out by a guy who is only 17 which is a worry, thing is if he were even ten years older i would not have a problem with starting a relationship with this guy thing is he is 6 ft 2 so does not look his age at all but the fact is he is still a teenager by age, its a difficult thing but always depends on each individual when it comes to ages when i was 17 i dated a guy who was 25, my parents went mad but i ended up marrying him and having two children, we still get on well now when i was 29 i ended up dating a guy who was 44 years of age but i found strangers would comment on our age as he looked so much older than me another reason why i think dating a 17 year old would be soooo wrong, it would be looked down upon as its wrrong on soo many levels, such a shame his not older
blogs are here to talk about whatever subject you so desire, your right it is your own personal blog therefore you vent your angerif you so wish must admit reading it though does send a chill down your spine, almost made me feel you were having a go at me
i do agree with the fact though that you are your own person and therefore you should be able to wear what you want when you want and how you want without someone telling you its wrong but are they telling you its wrong or just generally commenting that maybe something else may suit you
as in the trade i am in i tend to say to people that maybe this hairstyle would suit them better or maybe this colour, its not me telling them to change, its just giving them a different out look or maybe a few ideas of how to wear their hair, but again i only tend to do this if my opinion has been asked for
in my on home i tend to like to wear my pj's or if its cold i wll put my dressing gown over my clothes, i am not one for wearing jogging bottoms or anything like that but each to their own and what says what you feel comfortable in is wrong
their is a girl who walks to the school with her kids every morning in her pyjama's, not the kind of thing i would do or things is right to do but i would never tell her that as again its her choice to do that

my new year resolution is going to be to loose the weight i have put on over christmas which is the same every year its the only time you can eat and drink without feeling guilty
to spend more time with my family and friends
