Molly, You Irish have always been partial to worms, you even have a saint named after one (probably), Ive mentioned I'm not wormist but we have some here that dont enrich the soil, they spoil it and eat our produce.
Rough, My life (and wardrobe) are complete, I have always wanted a complete wollen wonder, its been a dream of mine since I was knee high to a Crocodile.
Incu, The smell was kind of musky and electrical, hard to describe, I probably smelt my own terror, A bite from one of those cobras is fatal, would rather have taken a bullet to be honest.
On a brighter note, this little constrictor was a bit of a pet last year I named it Kevin, the cats killed it though, poor Kev, he was a good friend, we used to snuggle on the sofa watching movies.
Prof, No not humans, just snakes, but some humans act like snakes.
Molly, I feel deep sorrow that St.Patrick kicked all the snakes out of Ireland, or the real reason is that when the glacial shifts and melts occurred Ireland was just too cold for snakes, that's why Irish Baskets were made from Potatoes or cows until they too learned how to grow grass.
Rough, Excellent comment, Man (and woman) have always strived to be self sufficient, humble beginnings of snakes and baskets have certainly made us what we are today.
Molly, Understandably Appointed persons feel anger and resentment towards H&S, but ever since the early days it has helped the meek from preventable accidents, These days its easy, think about poor Ugg carving a Risk Assessment for hunting his supper on a stone tablet when he had so little words to describe the risk factors.
Rough, I applaud your views and will therefore divulge a secret to happiness...Skipping!, anyone who skips around the house or down to the pub will have a smile on their face, So if one skips and claps at the same time happiness will prevail, You may look like a demented riverdance fan but wont care.
Hi Free, The concept of whooping is purely an American invention, basically when a person claps they are unable to think properly, the whoop and high five are a cultural phenomenon.
I personally have never whooped when clapping, I tried and it just felt wrong.
Molly if that's the case I do feel sorry for her, I too have had botox in my hands (wasp stings) and can admit to an inability to use my hands in an appropriate manner.
Good Morning Molly, I had to peruse the news to see Ms Kidman allegedly clapping incorrectly, I have deduced that she had wet nail polish or a sharp ring that was giving her pain. However she is not clapping as per the rules and regulations of clapping as set by the C.L.A.P Association.
But to answer your question...Yes, It grieved me into wanting to share what clapping is all about.
Yes we are, We have to put ourselves first and forget about what others may think or if the judge us, we tend to live other peoples lives.........wrong!, Pursue your dreams and happiness, after all its yours and not someone elses.
Awww Biffy, all is well then, Map in the 3rd person has received a call from the sandman, his dreams are ready, they might be a bit rough as the sandman was in a hurry, but sassypants and redhot should be included.
I should have added, that it's often the case when people are NOT ready, but I also believe that before a physical meet, half the battle/decision is made, these are the people that go forward and make the effort to meet up, some who are not ready or not sure will certainly want to retreat.
Molly, Yes you are right again, but I would say that for both men and women, the chase, the flirting are fine from within their safe spaces and comfort zone, but when push comes to shove they retreat. JMHO
Biffy, I obviously didnt mean those men looking after frail mommy's, rather those without and goals in life but to sponge from mum and get their clothing washed etc.
But You have seen the good side of us over 50's and most of us are not that bad.
The other blog turned into something bizarre as usual but informative.
