Not knocking the bar scene or anything, just not my scene. I have friends here who go all the time. But I am not interested in the type of music, like only jazz and blues, so go to those clubs sometimes--like to sit, talk, listen to the cool music, etc. I hate the loud rock and pop at other clubs and the noise, crowds, etc. Hate the pick up scene. But, anyway, there are travelers who go to clubs as only part of their experience of foreign countries. Then there are those who seem to be quite stupid and shallow, etc., etc......if yu know what I mean
I might consider it if this person were someone I felt I could/would come to love, both as a partner and lover. I would consider thinking about it, that is, talking about it, spending more time together, seeing where things went.....I wouldn't reject the idea right off the bat. Who knows where love comes from...
I think it's kind of odd for people under 25 to be using it-- From high school to about 25 there was always a lot of people, groups, partying, people you met at school, just never would have needed anything like this. Seems kind of sad to me that someone so young needs or wants to do this...where are their friends?
I'll quote anothe poster (hope he doesn't mind) who said it better than I can:
"It is and should be of interest to the entire world!
If the US was a tiny island of a million people I could see nobody paying any real attention to the upcoming elections, but it's not. What happens in the states has an effect on people around the globe. It's not an isolated entity with no influence or interests in other countries, so people from everywhere should be watching the race closely. It may indeed have a direct effect on their life and liberty!"
It is not at all unreasonable for those around the world to feel they have a stake in who is the president of the US--US policy has an effect on people around the world, sometimes a devastating effect.
Well, this has probably been done before, so this can be the updated edition for those of us who are new.
What is the worst experience you've had on a dating site? I haven't had a bad one yet...so nothing for me to add here. But, I'm curious about what could happen, maybe what to avoid and how to avoid it.
Best lovers?
makes sense What you say I mean; Im not really in support of this behavior--just not the way I see the world...but, to each his/her own.
