Obama care was repealed in the house by a 245 to 189 vote with 3 DEM voting for the REP. Harry Ried is refsing to give a repeal bill debate floor time or to have a up/down vote on its repeal.

President Obama is hosting China's President Jintao to a formal state dinner tonight. This cost the Chinese 45b....as the last time they were here....GWB gave them a working lunch and the Chinese were none to happy about it.

So this time repair the relation some what between the two countries....President Obama is doing a full formal tux diner....spill don't spill the soup on the shirt, Mr. President.
This is also in response the Chinese giving the obama a formal diner last year.

When GWB gave cold work lunch in 2008, the announcer introduced the Chinese delegation as the "Representing the Country of China"...which is the title of the Island of Taiwan.....which got the working lunch off to a cold start.

Tonight, we can keep our collective fingers crossed, that the announcer does not say......"Representing the Country of Mainland China and the 1m political prisoners working in the rare earth mines of the country."

Human rights are a major issue right now between the two countries. And here I think whether it was GWB giving the Chinese leadership a cold lunch or President Obama giving President Jintao some tasking words. We need to stand behind them both on this Chinese problem. So let us stay solid to human right abuses around the world.

Back to the $45b. It is the dollar amount the President Jintao brings with him....in export contracts to his country. Just so they don't go into that growing Chinese military that is rapidly modernizing.

I just had McDonalds Big Macs....they had special on...I suspect that tonight's White House formal dinner will have better fare than my fries, macs and soda. But I got billion in emotion well being as I watched a white woman help to feed and care for a hispanic man who blind and was near immobile. She, his nurse, even beformed a small massage technique to help move the food down his throat. I was moved by this act of human love and compassion.

The number of IND and DEM Senators that are up for re-2lection in 2012 is 27. Now for the REP in the Senate to get a repeal vote they need 4 vote. 2 they can get from Libermann a IND and Nelson a DEM but barely supported the passage in the first place.

So they are 2 votes short of a repeal.

You have to think that 2 of the remaining 25 up for re-election have to the see the hand writting on the wall. A repeal vote can get them another 6 years in the Senate. They will get a low level REP in opposition and they can say that they voted down Health care. Giving them another 6 years.....

Everyone is saying....DEMs will not pass a repeal in the Senate.
Am not so sure.

The 25 DEM need to work with the House to get funding for their districts....because of unemployment. The House with the purse strings....can place all sort of riders and terms to how and were those funds are spent. The House can shut down on going project in their districts by shutting down the purse strings.

And no, only a simple majority is needed for a repeal. So?
Stranger things have happened in Washington.

A 4 mile deep drilling just tap a 2.5 trillion cubic foot natural gas field in SE Mississippi, just struck home. The 12m dollar
project drilled thru hard shale with new drilling technologies.

Back in 1980s a similar well was attempted and shut down as the
pressure within the well....indicated a potential methane blow out. But the new deep drilling technologies kept the blow out from occurring.

It was a methane blow out that caused the Gulf Oil environment crisis.....

So?

Seems like we have a drilling technology that is safer to blows and the environmental crisis that they cause......with the deep drilling rigs head back to the Gulf. We place this new technology on them and it is drill baby drill again.

Asking someone to give up 15 to 30 minute for a finger print check

is not a excessive amount of time to the lose of their liberty.

That is not the point....

You can hold a mental threat to society for 72 hour and is not a violation of their Constitutional liberty.

But you cannot

hold a unknown threat....that might be either a AZ Hispanic Citizen or a illegal alien...for 15 to 30 minutes to run a ID check because of lose of their liberty under the Constitution?

See I agree with first, I see no problem to 72 observation period.
If you are holding someone 72 hours of observation, why cannot you hold some for 30 minutes for ID check?

But with out the ID check....you cannot prove that. Inside the country they have already blended into the general population.

The AZ ruling was twhat the AZ hispanis....legal citisens ....that would be caught in the check were losing thier Constitutional liberty.

This is in reference the FED court that first ruled on the AZ and found parts of its uncostitution because if you held a hispanic for
for identity check it was a violation of his "liberty" under the
Constitution.

Remember that Pima County Sheriff Dupnik helped the FAST finger printed system...that quickly get ID checked.

Had they caught Loughlen prior to his and the officer saw a mental instability....they could legally hold him for 72 hours in AZ while they did testing and then a court appearance...where the judge could of ordered him for a 28 day stay in the mental facility
for observation.

So?

A illegal alien carrying drugs and weapons that is threat to AZ society get off the AZ ID check law for 15 to 30 minute FAST check of his fingerprint that restrictss his Constitutional liberty.

And a AZ citisen Fuller that is threatening fellow AZ can be held without habeous corpus for 72 hours period is not a breach of Constitutional liberty.

He is a oathed law enforcement officer. He cannot go accusing (privately or publically) people and groups without evidence.

When he made the statements.....it was in regard to one of the most serious crime in communities history. he has no evidence that Loughlen act was political motivated or apolitcal motivated.

He incriminated millions of totally innocent people that are in the countries political debate into being the cause of Loughlen act.

Loughlen was not on part of their side of the ddebate..........

Because as law enforcement officers....his statement at the time of crime can be brought into the criminal and civil proceeding later on. His implication of the right wing rheotric being teh cause for the shootings...with out evidence and or expert opinion....can later be used in civil lawsuits against member of AZ Tea Party and other right wing political organizations.

Wrongful injury and wrongful lawsuits can be filed just on his public word made at the time shooting.

Without evidence to back his opinion up, he opened the door to future litigation against....basically anyone in the country that is right of center politically.

How about a health care system based on age?

I know it sounds very much like the medical insurance pitch of insurance agent. But they were studing just such a thing prior to Obamcare.

They had done studies on the health care cost on men and women from age 0 to 100. In 2006 dollar, men were around $367,000 in total health cost 0 to 100. Women were around $415,000 in total helath care cost. Don't hold me to the figures....it has been a while since I look at the study. But they are close.

Because the country has aged....most have only a fraction of this figure that they need covered. While a new born today....and a need for 100% cost coverage.

But the health car cost is varied over their life time. All you have to worry about of singles day cost of the total countries health care. And you escrow enough government funds into interest bearing investments to pay that single national daily cost.

There are couple other things to this. Employer sharing of the coverage. And special rates for career fields, that give suplemental insurance coverage for say a high risk profession.
And no state borders to allow prices shopping and comepition.

Also tort reform needs to be in it. But am cueless to how.

The insurance comes from the private insurance firms....no government insurance except for special need and preexisting conditions that don't qualify. No government mandate to have health insurance, allowing if you are health and not in a profession field requiring a coverage....to go it alone at you own risk.
