What can we do for Guiriman?

I'm very athletic. Just went to see a physiotherapist who forbid me for the 100th time to stretch my legs too much. See, it's not a good thing when you do that too much and lose some of the natural resistance that keeps your body in balance.

But something tells me guys who hang out in a virtual place have an issue with committment...

Is that anywhere close to the truth..? There's gotta be a rational explanation
