Every doctor I seen in the last 15 years (I seen a lot of them) don't care about the weed. Last shrink I seen told me to smoke what I wanted, same with this doctor. Cigarettes however, he told me in no uncertain terms that I must quit.
Kidneys showed sign of improvement. Still got to take my meds but its not doom and gloom. Doctor gave me a script for a pill that will help me quit cigarettes as he really wants me to quit. He don't care about the weed though lol,
Its giving me a bit of anxiety. Kidney disease runs in my family and considering my past lifestyle, my kidneys is probably not in good shape right now. One saving grace out of it all is that the specialist told me it was fine to smoke all the weed I want lol.
It happens some years and its looking to be the case again this year. I am going to try something different this year and take a vitamin D supplement to augment the regular medications. Vitamin D helps in the production of a chemical in the brain that is important for good mental health. Lot of people here lack vitamin D in the winter because of lack of sun.

0 and snowing right now. Supposed to change over to showers later for a day or so, then get cold again meaning everything will be a sheet of ice. Always happens here this time of year.
