Any city in North America and even a lot of the smaller places. I hear tell of stuff happening all the time, drugs is usually the fuel of most of it in the end.
I can catch fish pretty much anywhere here, the ocean is a few minute walk from the house, lots of ponds in the woods. You can just drive along the highway across Newfoundland and there wouldn't be enough time in the day to visit each pond on the road side let alone those deeper into the woods. Fishing is a big thing here.
